Metro station which has large span is built on the medium of rock and soil, and it is requested from the structure selection, embedded conditions, load combination and many other aspects of the analysis and comparison of multiple programs to select the best system of geotechnical structure. The design and construction of shallow covered metro station basis to reasonable support, and follow to the principles of playing the largest mobilization and self-supporting ability of rock.This article relies on"Study on type and construction method of Qingdao shallow covered metro station", and subject to a mining station of Qingdao subway project M3 line. By the research of Qingdao geology, hydrology, rock, etc.,emphasizing"under the soft-hard"geological features, and referencing of underground civil air defense projects, This article using ABAQUS finite element analysis software on the research station was simulated, and then set a reasonable depth of Qingdao subway stations. It has important theoretical and practical significance. Main content includes the following:(1) Analyze on the typical domestic and foreign experience in shallow covered metro station; summarizes the basic elements of mining subway station depth from Shallow underground supporting structure design theory, section lining design, excavation construction methods.(2) Through a large number of theoretical study and field practice survey to a mining station of Qingdao metro project M3 line, this article analysize of the geological environment of the project area synthetically; using rock mechanics theory and methods to analysis structural features of rock mass, physical and mechanical properties and rock mass quality and rock failure characteristics by the numbers, it refers to construction related parameters of Qingdao city underground civil air defense projects and using engineering analogy to determine the depth range of the station under study.(3) Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software aim at the different depths and the numerical simulation methods to make numerical simulation, and basing on simulation results, analysing of the rock under different conditions of stress and deformation to determine the subway station reasonable depth ultimately.(4) According to the station identified geological conditions and the different excavation programs, the construction method and the corresponding pre-support program is proposed. Numerical simulation results show that the initial support parameters are reasonable, reliable and meet requirements of the load and deformation control during the construction.
