| By way of the core parts of electrical vehicle and controller play important roles, and researches on them have important theoretical and practical meanings. Flux-switching Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor is a competitive candidate in variable-speed operation drive with high performance. Because of its advantages of fashionable structure, high efficiency and high power density, it has become a new research area of HEV's motor. Based on the existing research results, a motor control system based on DSP is designed for Flux-switching Permanent Magnet(FSPM) Synchronous motor.First, an introduction about the structure and the principle of the concerned FSPM motor. The mathematic models in three type reference frame are set up according to their relationship. Meanwhile, the vector control and strategy of the motor are introduced, on the basis of the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various control methods, this paper adopts the id =0 strategy.Simulation is done by iPWM in the paper. The simulation model of the whole system is done by Matlab/Simulink. In order to verify the control characteristics of the steady-state and dynamic, motor simulation is done in the no-load and load. The simulation results of torque, speed and current are acquired, which show the correction of the control strategy and system design.The digital signal processor TMS320LF2407 A is adopted as core of the control system in this subject. Interface circuits are designed in the hardware connection, including the interfaces of simulation, RS232 communication, CAN communication and resolver decoder chip; The software is given which includes client and PC programs. Client program includes main program design and associated interrupt service subroutine, and a flow chart is drawn based on design idea of the modular structure; In the procedures design of PC, the PC serial port and CAN communication are focused on data processing after receiving and sending information, accurate data transmission is realized through RS232 serial and CAN communications between PC and client.In the end of this paper, A set of practical system for experimenal is developed. the control system is verified validity. The experiments of drive control, CAN bus communication and RS232 serial communication are done. It also analyzes the experiment results. |
