The gap between the rotor and the stator demands smaller and smaller, which causes the rotor and stator rub fault, occasionally. Recently, rubbing has become a "stumbling block" in aviation engine design, manufacture, which may lead to a great threat to flight safety. Therefore, a dual rotor system model is established to study the problem of rubbing against the air engine failure, and the mechanism of rubbing fault.First of all, according to structure of the actual double rotor, we established a dynamics model of the dual-rotor system, fully considered the effects of gyroscopic, and asymmetry means support of the low pressure rotor, rubbing and other factors in the model. According to hertz contact law, the paper established rotor-state system dynamic model with rub-impact force.Secondly, the speed, incentive of the dual-rotor system, intermediate bearing clearance and stiffness is used as the control parameters to study the dynamic behavior of the system. The elastic of the case is considered in the impact of rubbing. The fourth-order runge-kutta method is used to sole equations. The use of the bifurcation diagram, Poincare map, shaft locus and analysis tools to analyze the dynamics of the system.
