Ground-Coupled Heat Pump (referred to as GCHP) ,because of it using the shallow renewable geothermal energy, it is the 21st century as one of the most promising, with energy conservation and environmental significance of the refrigeration and air conditioning technology. However, with the widely used of the GCHP,there are more and more troubles ,such as the influence of the groundwater seepage to the exchange heat. Therefore, the need for engineering design, the paper original in TRNSYS software module based on the underground pipe to create a groundwater factors to consider new ground source module.Firstly, this paper discusses the original heat transfer model of underground pipe. And then according to some home and abroad of the existing research results, analysis of the groundwater how to effect on the underground pipe's heat exchanger performance, the establishment of a geothermal model of considering the factors of groundwater . Using the method of combining numerical solution and analytic solution to solve the mathematical model, and finally became the TRNSYS software which can be used by TRNSYS.Secondly,in this paper, using the method of comparing experimental result to simulation result to verify the accuracy of the module. In the process of the model verification, analyse of the impact of the groundwater on the heat transfer of ground heat exchanger in the unit length, unit of temperature difference.Thirdly, by using TRNSYS software, building a coupled simulation frame which include s ground heat exchanger, building load and heat pump units. Through the using of the coupled simulation platform, a project of located in Tianjin region which use Ground Source Heat Pump Systems plant was simulated respectively in winter and summer conditions and a single annual groundwater ,and analyse the impact of the groundwaterseepage on system performance . At last the thermal imbalance of soil also be briefly analysed.
