The Harmonic Character Of Papermaking And The Filter System Design And Simulation

The normal running of power system is the base of stable function of sociality and economy. A large number of power electronic equipments produce plenty of harmonic.Harmonic has become a dangerous factor to the power system.This paper discusses the harmonic produced by the papermaking and the suppression methods of harmonic.First,the paper introduces the source of harmonics and its harm,makes a conclusion it is necessary to treat with the harmonic.With the development of national economy and elevation of people's living standard,the demand for the paper increases rapidly,the paper demand of people and progress of papermaking itself determines the craft evolution and devices updated.Driver is one of the pivotal technology in modern paper machine.Convertion of electric current is the fundamention,but in the process of converting electric current the convert devices produce harmonic,it is harmful to power system,harmonic must be suppressed.The harmonic of papermaking is described in qualitative and quantitative in this paper. This paper analyzes characteristic harmonic and non-characteristic harmonic and gives the formula of harmonic.In the process of dealing with harmonic the first task is to analyze the harmonic,the paper explains several methods for calculating the makeup of harmonic,and makes compare of them.Some of methods are described and reasoned in detail.This is the base of the control of APF.The passive filter and the active power filter and hybrid filter are explained In this paper.Their structures are figured out. Their advantages and disadvantages and their scope of utility and constraint are discussed.Hybrid filter is economical and it's filter effect is better than the passive filter and the active power filter alone.It is the trend of harmonic filter with technology progress.This paper analyzes the data of voltage and current from the factory,the result shows the harmonic of the papermaking industry exceeds the demand of national standard,it is necessary to deal with the harmonic of this industry.In this paper the structure of Harmonic shield Transformer is explained, and it's principle of suppression is set forth. This paper gives the condition of impendance and tuning condition for designing Harmonic shield Transformer. A filter system is designed base on Harmonic shield Transformer. Model is set up and simulation of this model is made by MATLAB's toolbox.
