With the motor being large-scalely applied in the development of national economy, structure of motor system is complex . The large-scale application of motor makes the nonlinear vibration of mechanical and the stability of the motor a key factor to analyze the system thoroughly. Using the theory of nonlinear dynamics of mechanical and electrical coupled systems, the theoretical and numerical calculation are presented to analyze the vibration of motor with stiffness of bearings and base change. Major work and results obtained are as follows:(1) This text describes the basic knowledge of the motor and development situation and future of motor. This text introduces the nonlinear dynamics of electromechanical coupling and research methods of mechanical and electrical analytical dynamics.(2) We use Riccati method of transfer matrix to solve natural frequency and vibration mode of ladder type rotor system and study the rule of the effect of the rotor system upon influence factors of the rotor system frequency, such as bearing stiffness, the rotor core rigidity etc.(3) Using the mechanical analysis of dynamic viewpoint and considering the nonlinear factors of electromechanical lateral-torsion coupling or the results of the experiment, the mechanical lateral-torsion coupling equations of the stator and rotor system are established. I also find relational expression of inherent frequency of the stator and rotor system about stiffness of bearings and base. Finally, I make three-dimensional relationship chart and two-dimensional relationship chart of inherent frequency about k _z,c _z,c_α.(4) We study the rule forced vibration on the condition of frequency of the basic equals 428hz.. We also study the rule of nonlinear vibration on the condition of frequency of the basic equals 100hz. We make the curve of amplitude-frequency response on the two condition and analyze the relationship between vibration of motor and the three parameters of motor k _z,cz,c_α.
