Piezoelectric ceramic is a new type of functional materials, it has high accuracy , small volume,long service life and suitable for Various adverse circumstances. So it will has a extensive applying prospect.But both at home and abroad, the mainstream of piezoelectric ceramic actuator constitutive model based on electric power, most of the theory of plastic mechanics, load, strain, voltage of the relationship between the equation. This result, although has the scientific theoretical basis, but difficult to build for the analysis of system dynamic model theory, only through a lot of numerical simulation to explore the dynamic system, direct hindered the application of piezoelectric materials research. This paper mainly studies following content:The modeling methods of Piezoelectric ceramic based on hysteretic nonlinear theory and multivariate statistical analysis theory was studied.First,The stress-Voltage hysteretic nonlinear model was set up where nonlinear differential item was introduc- ed. And then Considering the effect of Loading on the characteristics of Piezoelectric ceramic actuator, the stress - Voltage - Loading continuous nonlinear mechanical model was set up where multivariate statistical analysis theory was introduced.Founding on the vibrating principle of simply supported beam, I build the vibrate model of a free beam made of Piezoelectric ceramic materials,and building laminat- ed beam with piezoelectric ceramic vibrate model Fall in electric field effect through introduced PD control system and solute the nonlinear first-order approximate soluti- on of this system, gain the phase diagram and time history charts combining theoretic- al analysis with numerical simulation, and discuss the effect of system parameters on the characteristics of system dynamics. Compared with first-order approximate solution ,we will found its fit mutually.Through above research,we will building Piezoelectric ceramic actuator stress - Voltage - Loading continuous nonlinear mechanical model and vibrate analysis about laminated beam with piezoelectric ceramic. It has important doctrinal importance and eferential value.
