Pump in industrial production areas, also widely used energy consumption of the main equipment and multistage pumps, pump is one of the most important type of enterprise performance, the direct impact in the production efficiency. In industrial production with multistage pumps, cavitation characteristics is the comprehensive performance evaluation of important indexes. Improve multistage pumps, the cavitation performance of imported for safe operation, saving energy, improving the economic efficiency of enterprises is very meaningful. To improve the cavitation performance and ensure good efficiency, based on section water pump impeller 2-phase multistage head way hydraulic characteristics were studied.First, detailed introduces the design method of hydraulic impeller, hydraulic design using self-developed pump CAD software design and optimization model, get optimal design of single and double suction impeller, suck to use 3d modeling software for 3d entity lai turns way.Secondly, according to the commercial CFD software of numerical simulation theory and operation process is introduced, and this project research impeller port of numerical simulation of meshing, calculation method, the boundary conditions are analyzed and studied.Then, to obtain the optimal design were centrifugal impeller single and double suction centrifugal impeller internal flow field in the numerical calculation and analysis, the research of different flow conditions, internal pressure and velocity distributions. After the optimization of single and double suction impeller suck the internal flow field contrast analysis, also separately from the internal flow field structure and characteristics of the two aspects of impeller performance are analyzed and the internal flow field of the impeller, distribution, analysis of the status and the cavitation occurred, draw out performance curves, the model of multi-level pump suction head double suction a single improved antioxidant cavitation relative quantitative imports, the performance of the pump ascension, head and efficiency curve smoothly, thus to flow field simulation verified the CFD technology improvement and change, double head type, the feasibility of the method of impeller design for the optimization design of the pump provides some references.Subsequently, Detailed introduces the common water-obsorbing room types and characteristics of head, paper probes water-obsorbing room. Finally, in view of the actual design, combined with the experience of the numerical simulation, the results are summarized, and puts forward the prospect.
