With the development of power electronics technology,microelectronic technology,modern control technology,and PWM technology, the performance of AC drive system is highly promoted, so AC drive has taken the status of dominant. According to the current industrial situation, it is necessary to develop the high-power AC drive control system. There are two aspects to increase the power output: 1, Series as to increase the voltage output 2, Parallel as to increase the current output. We take available inverter modules in parallel to increase the power output in this paper.In this paper, we take the synchronous motor drive system with the power supply of parallel inverter as object. According to analyzing the cross current in system, we get the topology of parallel inverter. Two set of independent rectification/inverter supply the power for AC motor though the parallel inductance, and this topology can control the cross current in zero-sequence and harmonic. In this paper we design the parallel inductance. Establishing the mathematic models in ABC frame, dq frame and MT frame separately.Then the gas-flux-oriented control strategies was derived, and also designing the corresponding regulator. Using the Simulation software—PSIM, we establish the simulation model, we has studied the factor of cross current in harmonic with emphasis. The parameters of the parallel inductance has been verified to be reasonableness. The paper will introduce the main circuit,driving circuit,protection circuit in detail. Proposing the design of control circuit,metering circuit and their implementing in program. After taking some experiment in main circuit and control circuit, finally we take the stable state experiment and dynamic experiment for the system. The experimental result indicated that the parallel inverter structure is reasonable, the cross current is small, the performance is good.
