There are many advantages of SOFC(solid oxide fuel cells),it is a high efficiency power generation and environmentally friendly green energy. In the SOFC power generation system,DC-DC converter is a very crucial aspect, and has a great impact on whole system's cost, performance,and efficiency in particular.Therefore, considering various factors, design the DC-DC converter to meet the requirements has became really important.In this thesis, firstly gives an analysis of the special requirements to the DC-DC converter in SOFC power generation system, and considers output characteristics of 1kw fuel cell system,selects the push-pull forward converter (PPFC).This converter improves from push-pull circuit, particularly suitable for the low-voltage high-current occasion,where the DC-DC converter of SOFC power generation system works in.And then discusses the adding of CDD buffer circuit into converter to restrain rectifier diode peak voltage,and gives a detailed analysis of working principle of push-pull forward converter with double CDD buffer circuits.According to working principle of the circuit,and combined with input and output characteristics of DC-DC converter in 1kw SOFC system,gives detailed hardware parameters design and devices selection of the push-pull forward converter. According to the design parameters of converter circuit,structures the SABER-based open-loop simulation model,gives an analysis and verifies the working status of the push-pull forward converter circuit,focusing on the verification of the effect of CDD buffer circuit to restrain rectifier diode peak voltage. Analyzes a inverter prototype working condition in 1KW SOFC power generation conversion experiment platform.Finally, gives an analysis of the shortages of push-pull forward converter,and discusses the improving scheme and circuit,as the forward-looking and reference of further optimization and design for the DC-DC converter in 1KW SOFC power generation system.
