In recent years, PHC pile is the emergence of a new type of prefabricated pile in China,with the high bearing capacity, resistance to playing good, strong penetration ability and easy handling, reliable quality and good economy, PHC pile have been widely used. But compared with the rapid development of engineering applications for the pilot study PHC piles are still rare, their understanding of load transfer mechanism is still relatively vague, theoretical research level has been far behind the practice, severely restricts the application of PHC pile and Development.Based on the five different lengths of PHC piles on-site vertical static load test and high strain dynamic test, strain through reinforced steel cage embedded design, analysis of the column load changes, and the pile shaft friction resistance distri Analysis of the column load changes, shaft friction resistance distribution, the size of tip resistance and further study of the load transfer mechanism. Meanwhile, the high strain dynamic test and static load test results are compared to analyze the differences between them, draw some useful conclusions.With the help of ABAQUS software, using proven through a finite element model of the PHC pile bearing capacity factors of the parameter analysis, further study of the PHC pile of vertical bearing capacity of the law.This paper sums up the dynamic mechanical properties of concrete is presented to consider the rate effect and the fatigue strength of concrete after the dynamic value method, and based on the recommendations put forward shaft stress control limits. Meanwhile, the combination of high-strain dynamic test and the results of past experience, analysis of the pile during pile changes of internal forces and shaft damage caused by the reasons and proposed measures to prevent shaft breakage.
