With the increasing demand towards space information in all kinds of field, that mission planed in single satellite center cannot meet the demand of remote sensing images. It's very important to construct a platform to support the multiple satellite centers cooperative planning. The multiple satellite centers cooperative planning is still a brand new problem for researchers either inside or outside the country at present. Based on the understanding of multiple centers cooperative planning, this thesis provides a framework for cooperative mission planning, investigates management of mission planning technology, mission planning model and cooperative planning algorithm for satellites. At last, a prototype of cooperative planning system for multiple satellite centers is developed. The main contents of this paper are outlined as follows:First of all, by analyzing multiple centers cooperative planning, a framework for mission planning is proposed based on agent and multi-agent system (MAS) for distributed satellites. Considering application environment, a kind of corresponding structure based on activity driven is designed.Secondly, Aiming at multiple mode demand mission planning, by analyzing multiple satellite centers cooperative planning, we design flow control engine for management of mission planning.Thirdly, this thesis proposes a distributed dynamic mission planning approach based on multi-agent negotiation. This approach improves on the traditional contract-net protocol and an honest contract net protocol is designed eventually. In addition, simulation and analysis show that the propose algorithm could solve the cooperative mission planning effectively and efficiently. At last, this thesis devises and realizes the prototype of mission planning and control system for multiple satellite centers cooperative planning. In addition, this thesis gives an example and solves it by the prototype system. The results verify the validity of the key technology mentioned in this thesis for multiple satellite centers cooperative planning.
