| At the present, the main method of numerical simulation for massive concretestructures and complex structures is Finite Element Method(FEM). Although FEM isvery mature and with wide range of applications, there are also some understandingissues, such as the difficulties in mesh generation and accuracy control. Beingconvenient in adaptive analysis and mesh generation, Numerical Manifold Method(NMM) provides a new approach for the numerical simulation. In order to make thepre-post processing more convenient and intuitive and make the computation morefast in the stress simulation analysis of massive concrete structures by using NMM,this paper carries out the following studies based on the existing researches:(1)Using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language, an automatic generationprogram of manifold element meshes and an interface program of NMM-ANSYSGUI are developed for visualization of pre-post processing of NMM.(2)Basing on the cyclic block algorithm for solving triangular systems, a parallelalgorithm of the SSOR-PCG is presented and coded with MPI+FORTRAN forsolving large sparse systems of linear equations. |
