In the thesis, with the background of the non-sinusoidal oscillation system of continuous casting mold driven by servomotor, taking AC servo motor (permanent magnet synchronous motor) as the object of study, the algorithms of adaptive fuzzy control are researched on the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). The vibration signal of non-sinusoidal waveform can improve the surface quality of casting and lower the energy and material consumption. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied for its simple and flexible in control and easy in maintenance. It is suitable to apply in multi-stream continuous mold with relatively narrow gap, and have potential to use in the continuous mold.Firstly, mathematical model of permanent magnetic synchronous motor and vector control theory are presented in this paper. Then fuzzy control theory is introduced. All these work laid a solid theory foundation for the analysis of motion characteristics and control strategy research.Secondly, with the mathematical model of PMSM, the control algorithm of adaptive fuzzy backstepping was designed for PMSM speed tracking system by fully considering the parameter uncertainties and load disturbance in PMSM actual operation. The adaptive algorithm is used to estimate the load torque, viscous friction coefficient and inertia. The adaptive fuzzy system is applied to approximate the total uncertainty aroused by stator resistance and inductance. And the stability of system is also analyzed through the lyapunov stability theory. The simulation is acted for PMSM system, and the simulation results are compared with normal PI control. The validity of this method is verified.Finally, combining adaptive fuzzy and dynamic sliding mode control, an algorithm of direct adaptive fuzzy based on dynamic sliding mode control was presented for the PMSM control problem with parameter uncertainties and load disturbance. Dynamic sliding mode function is seleated, and control law is designed for position loop and current loop of PMSM. Then the direct adaptive fuzzy controller is constructed to approximate the unknown terms in the control law caused by system uncertainties and parameter perturbation, and the stability of saystem is also analyzed and proved by using the lyapunov function. Finally, with the actual requirements for PMSM in the non-sinusoidal vibration system of continuous casting mold driven by PMSM, the simulation of PMSM control system is acted. The simulation results show that this control method is effective.
