| Strengthening with epoxy bonded steel plate is one of the most widely used techniques for flexural upgrading of reinforced concrete beams. It is a kiy issue that the interface debonding failure hinders the reinforcement effect. End plate interface normal stress and shear stress concentration is a major source of interface failure. Through the research of influence that different loading forms, plate thickness, viscose layer thickness and steel ends cross-section shape to paste steel reinforced concrete beams strengthened the interface stress, analyzed the ways of improving interface stress distribution. Results show that within a certain range, with the decrease of plate thickness and the adhesive layer thickness increases, the interface normal stress and shear stress decreases. When the steel plate into a wedge-shaped cross section, the interface normal stress and shear stress decreases to almost 0.This paper attempts to alternative anchor adhesive. Directly use the technique of strengthening RC structure by bolting steel plates making flexural upgrading of reinforced concrete beams. In this paper, the reinforcement effect of this reinforcement method and the failure modes were studied. Test, by nine four-point bending beam load, studied the mechanical behavior and reinforcement effect of the beam and steel plates change into one structure system. Layout of anchor bolts and steel plates with the different thickness of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam, reinforcement effects, stress distribution and the ultimate failure mode was analyzed.Based on numerical simulation, this paper analysis stress re-distribution, failure mode damage evolution of the strengthening RC beam by bolting steel plate. Studied the effect of reinforced beam when the layout of the anchor bolts and steel thickness is different. With the increase of plate thickness, ti is not obvious of the anchor steel reinforcement increases the bearing capacity. With the increase in the number of anchor bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams was increased. With the number of anchor bolt increased. The stress assigned to each anchor decreased. Improve the ductility of steel and the bearing capacity of strengthening RC structure by bolting steel plate. |
