Boiler is a common device in our daily lives and in industrial and agricultural production. It takes water as a medium. The heat that released by fuel combustion passed out by the water. It is required for domestic, industrial steam or hot water. Therefore, the analysis of boiler water testing get more and more attention, the consequences that the water quality can not meet the national regulation summarized as scaling, corrosion and priming .They will cause frequently equipment accidents and thus increased maintenance cost, thus solving the boiler water testing and treatment has been the subject of concern to researchers.Ion-selective electrode is a kind of electrochemical sensor which is widely applied in recent years. It transformed the ion living measure of the solution into potential value, and by means of measuring value of the Ion-selective electrode, we can directly calculate the ion concentration measured. In this paper, we take the single chip as centralized control core, and then we realize the hardness of boiler water detection alarm through the knowledge of the ion-selective electrode technology and potential analysis. It mainly includes reading the voltage signal of ion selective electrode, SCM voltage value for collection and analysis and the control of the entire unit. We select the measurement accuracy, speed and high efficiency INA116 measurement circuit, and the electrode signal to ensure accurate and quick read. We used the double standard addition method and calculated the ion concentration of the solution in S slope unknown situations. And because of the particularity of its analysis, shortening the device in a measurement period of the measurement time, reduce the temperature on the measurement results the impact of further concentration of the accuracy of measurement to solve problems. We applied the C8051F020 microcontroller for data acquisition and analysis, programmed in the modular structure and the corresponding documentation, classification-driven, the software design and implement a variety of intelligent functions tester, ensure that the measurement in real time. In order to get the more common use, we should pay more attention to availability and affordability in the selection and use of the device. It is suitable for product promotion to industrial boiler water hardness testing of the production practice.
