In recent decades, along with the national economic strength enhancement and improvement of people's living standard, whether the south, or north, residents of the demand of living environment is higher and higher. Different regions have different climate characteristics, the measures to improve the indoor environment is different also. Indoor heating and comfort improvement of HVAC professional, has been a huge challenge. In China the background of energy conservation and emissions reduction, on one hand we should advocate air conditioning system energy saving, on the other hand, to meet residents comfortable requirement. How do we balance the contradiction, makes the premise to rein in comfort is not at the expense of comfort, saving energy not expense and energy saving, accomplished already comfortable for air conditioning, it is raised taller requirement of the old system transformation and the new system development. We know, when human body to achieve thermal equilibrium condition, convection heat transfer of total heat is 25% ~ 30%,radiation heat transfer is 45% ~ 50%, breathing and feel the evaporation heat is 25% ~ 30%, can satisfy the appropriate heat transfer percentage of environment is reached sufficient conditions of thermal comfort. Therefore, the proportion of radiant heat affect human thermal comfort played an important role. This paper studies to the heat transfer principle and the thermal comfort equation as the foundation, begin analyze the comfort of conventional air conditioning system and radiation for changes in temperature system. Using mat lab programming software, analysis and comparison of two systems in the same design conditions are comfortable. The result indicated that the radiation for changes in temperature system cannot ignore the between of radiant surface and other surface's radiation heat transfer, lead to the temperature of inside wall's lower (rise). In the same interior design parameters, radiation for changes in temperature more than conventional air conditioning to have better comfort, while the indoor design temperature of conventional air conditioning increases (lower), is expensed human thermal comfort. For air conditioning system, comfort and energy consumption is always a pair of encompasses. The analysis of Energy consumption, need for Energy consumption simulation software by Energy Plus, this simulation software can not only simulate conventional air conditioning, and can simulate radiation for changes in temperature. By establishing the room model, in the same comfort conditions, simulate conventional air conditioning system and radiation for changes in temperature system's energy consumption. Comparison analysis get, radiation cooling energy consumption is reduced than conventional air conditioning 6.37%, radiation heating is reduced 34.21% than conventional air conditioning. Radiation for changes in temperature system is superior to the conventional air conditioning system no matter from comfort or energy conservation. In the basis of water-related radiation for changes in temperature system, this paper puts forward system form of refrigerants radiation for changes in temperature. Its principle is similar to household conventional air conditioning, need of special note is using radiation plate and dehumidifiers instead of conventional air conditioning evaporator function. After the system form and principles, in the design and calculation, in the summer for example, to determine the radiation plate surface temperatures, and sensible heat load of radiation undertakes, and new air volume. According to indoor wet load and the rest of the sensible heat load design dehumidifiers, finally choose corresponding condenser and compressors.
