Low carbon economy and energy-saving environmental protection are the theme of our era. The development of new renewable energy and energy conservation building are becoming the important orientation of energy-saving. Using ground source heat pump technology is a kind of environmental technology for renewable energy saving of buildings and is more and more widely concerned by society. In Ground water source heat pump technology, the Ground source heat pump system accounts for market share at the utmost. It is proves that the ground water source heat pump has well developed and widely used in our country.Firstly,the working principle and the system characteristic of the ground-water heat pump are briefly introduced in the paper. The advantages of the ground-water heat pump are more than other heating and cooling ways, which are explained from the operating costs, the energy available coefficient and the national policy. And, the ground source heat pump technology can be applied in some areas which are in compliance with the using conditions. And the conventional energy will be completely or partly replaced gradually by this renewable energy. Based on the sampling data collected from the field, the system model was obtained through applying the system identification theory.Secondly, the parameter tuning optimization problem was analyzed from the perspective of frequency domain control. The traditional PID control and debugging method are often in a trial and error nature and are difficult to meet the performance requirements of the multiple expectation indicat. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduced the satisfactory PID controller and proposed an effective and practical solutions program. Based on the idea of satisfactory control and the consistency theory of the expected indicators, the research and analysis were made for the solutions and consistency of the multiple expected indexes of the linear time-invariant delay systems PID control. Then, the solution procedure based on the graphical approach of parameter space is given. Finally, a satisfactory solution set of the PID controller parameters is obtained.The results of the theoretical analysis and the model simulation of the ground water source heat pump system show that the whole PID controller parameter solution set which is satisfying the desired performance index of the systems can be easily computed by the satisfactory PID controller design method in this thesis. And, all the above conclusions can be verified through the analysis and comparison of the different design methods in the simulation diagrams for the satisfactory PID controller and other PID controllers.
