Mold manufacturing is the single-order, multi-species of the typical enterprise, As the mold process designs, processes are complexity, Production processes are prone to change, The production process of the mold is difficult to control effectively over management,it has often led to delivery delays, production costs up, difficult to guarantee product quality, and many other problems, Therefore, it is an inevitable choice that the use of computer information management is to improve the management level of enterprises.Production planning and scheduling system is the core of the enterprise information management, and is also the most critical part , It has a direct impact on business productivity, Effective scheduling system can improve the efficiency of enterprises to a large extent, Scheduling problem is a combinatorial optimization problem ,belonging to NP problems, At present a variety of intelligent method of calculation are gradually being introduced into the scheduling problems, In this paper, From the perspective of engineering applications, for solving job shop scheduling problem standard genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm are discussed, the advantages and disadvantages are also compared. It is concluded that the improved genetic algorithm in mold production scheduling has a better value.This paper discusses the basic concepts, characteristics and classification of agent systematically, as well as agent technology applied to production scheduling problems. Agent has its unique advantages in a dynamic, changing production environment. After understanding the combination of genetic algorithm, I propose a agent reinforcement learning based on workshop scheduling methods. The algorithm combines genetic algorithm and reinforcement learning, According to the environmental conditions ,it can obtain or save on better crossover rates, then achieve online learning and algorithms optimization.In this paper, I combine the production management features of Zhejiang Zhonglian mold factory , analyse of the mold production process workflow of the plant, research solving algorithm of the mold production workshop scheduling problem in depth, Mold shop scheduling problem is modeled, And it is applied to the development of the followed mold production management information system, At the same time the mold production management system functional requirements are fully analysed. The overall framework and functional model of the system are given, a software of mold production management system is developed, Finally, I described the role of each functional module and its effect in detail, the test application of the software has achieved good results in the factory...
