In the background of complexity of car body control system, we need make more study to optimize the control system, so this article provide some practical technical problems in engineering projects of car body control system and do more analysis and study, Finally, the results of these studies used in engineering projects, and achieved certain results.Firstly, as far as a single controller node of the car body control system is concerned, this article analysis the source of the power consumption and the currently used low power design technologies. Combined the low power design technologies with the power consumption means, we use system-level low power design method to reduce the static power consumption of the car body control unite, that is judge the state accurately of different low power mode switching.Secondly, as for the development trend of car body control system, this article analysis of the complex issues of network management. OSEK specification briefly introduced the two network management solutions. Based on direct network management, we achieved network management for the car body control system witch consists of six nodes, at last give some experimental results.Then, as for window lift control model, this article analysis the problems of advanced control methods. By using the Simulink in the Matlab toolbox we established the window lift model and characteristics of the load model. Then by using Simulink model we tested and verified the algorithm, then the test result are given.Finally, this article introduced of the battery's electrochemical theory and analysis the test results and impedance of the battery, then give the physical mode and the SOC model witch is very useful in engineering project. Based on the SOC model we estimated the SOC state by using the Kalman filter method. Use the SOC information then we can manage the battery easily.
