As the most important experimental equipment of the part real flight control system simulation, flight Simulator's performance directly relates to aircraft simulation results. With the development of modem military techniques in our country, the request of simulator become more higher, flight Simulator that driven by the swing sever motor can't satisfy the demands any more. But simulation with servo electromotor is limited by the capacity of driving load. So, in this background, the paper do some research on continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servomotor and its control system.According to synthesizing large number of domestic and foreign related literatures, this paper summarizes the outline of electro-hydraulic servomotor at home and abroad, introduces some key technology. this paper slso recommends the automatic control theory applied in electro-hydraulic position system. After researching the structure of electro-hydraulic servomotor, the system's mathematical model is estimated. based on this model, the stability and frequency response of open loop and close loop system are researched. In the process of parameter model identification,the structure and order of the model were identified firstly, then the ARX model was identifed. Base on the ARX model, this paper analized the reason that will influence the performance.This paper analysed the main reasons that will damage the performance of continuous rotation electro-hydraulic servo motor . In order to eliminate the friction torque and the factors which result in system uncertainties . A robust controller is designed which used mixed sensitivity method base on H_∞control theory. Simulating results have shown that this controller is more effective than PID controller. In order to content the high frequency response, this paper bring in the difference forward feedback theory and design a controller with the control theory and the difference forward feedback theory based on the ARX model.This paper designs the hardware control system, used C++Builder language to compiles the control software. Experiments which including the response of slope signal, triangular signal, step signal and sin signal, have been studied in different source oil press was did. and the results of experiments prove that use the controller with the control theory and the difference forward feedback theory, continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servomotor system have good general performance, and acquired some significant conclusions.
