With the development of grid and the increase in operating voltage, power transformer as the major hub carriers of electric energy's transformation and distribution,Its security and the reliability are not only closely related with the social various professions production and lives of the people's condition, moreover immediate influence entire electrical network system's power supply reliability and electrical network's security steady operation. The power transformer is one of transformer substation main electrical equipments, they are playing the role which links the preceding with the following, is electrical network's essential node, particularly the large-scale high pressure, ultrahigh voltage power transformer its construction cost is expensive, the movement responsibility is significant.This thesis researches the technology schemes of vacuum heat oil spray drying and operating methods of the transformer on-site overhaul systematically. The major impact of the micro-water, temperature and electric field uniformity on the transformer oil are analysied. These factors can influence the transformer insulation level. This article analysises the primary method to reduce the moisture in transformer oil. Through the implementation of the vacuum filtration of transformer oil as well as the implementation body transformer vacuum oiling and other measures,the transformers insulation level of oil-paper insulation system was improved effectively . In view of the insulation decline of the transformer, this paper proposes the transformer repairing technology of vacuum hot oil to spray dry to raises the transformer insulation level. The detail implementation scheme of vacuum heat oil spray drying is improved. By careful analysis and practical operation of entire drying technology flow, a set of integrated solution involving material preparation , organizational measures , safety measures , technical measures, instrument configuration, and craftwork flow is summarized. In addition,the test data acquired in the transformer on-site repairing is analyzed This scheme is more effective for improving the transformer's insulation level. Above proposed technologies improve the security and stability of the transformer, and achieve good results.
