This subject is to solve a vibration phenomenon at mechanism working. The mechanism comprises a curved plate with gear, a gear, sixteen bearings and other fit-tings. Curved plate is driven by a gear around the center of itself, its radial displace-ment is fixed by twelve angular ball bearings, and its lateral displacement is fixed by four deep groove ball bearings. The vibration may be result from the following rea-sons: bearing installation error, gear installation error, motor output and their mutual incentives, etc. In this paper, it will mainly solve the problems bringing by bearings installation error.Due to there being bearing installation error, Bearings are suffered a certain forces and moments by curved plate. These forces and moments influence the distri-bution of bearing load that is a main factor of bearing dynamic performance. Thus, the foundation of paper is to analyze bearing load distribution. It is mainly made of three parts:The first part is static analysis of bearing load distribution. In this part, it gives two definitions of bearing control at bearings with no torque and with torque. Corre-spondingly, it defines the control criteria 1 and the control criteria 2. On the basis of above, it analyses the influence of axial preloading force on the bearings at bearings with or without torque, and it deduces a relation among the axial preloading force, ra-dial force and torque under bearing control. The second part is bearing dynamic analysis. First, it analyses the influence of axial force and radial force on the bearing modes. Then, it analyses harmonic analysis. Finally, it analyses simulation of transient analysis. The conclusion can be drawn as follow: the impact of low modes by the axial force and radial force is larger than the impact of high modes, but the largest is the impact of local modes. The rate of axial force and radial force is bigger; the mode curve is more smoothness. Axial preloading force can make amplitude of the radial bearing become small. The third part analyses the installation error. In this part, it applies the above two parts of the theory to resolve the issue in subject. First, springs is used to instead of bearings to simplify the model. Then, it analyzes the impact of all installation error forms on the bearing and determines the most suitable form. Finally, the relationship between bearing force and the installation errors is determined, and the relationship between the axial preloading force and the installation errors under bearing control is also arrived.
