Shield tunnelling machine is a kind of large overloading equipment that is extremely needed in the construction of the base installation, the exploitation of the resources and the construction of the national defence.As the development of our country, the total number of demand about the shield tunnelling machine has almost increased to 100 per year. Recently, in China,the industrial scale has been formed in some fields including design and installation of the Shield tunnelling machine,but the core technologys are still monopolized by some companies in German and Japan.It is very important for us to grasp and improve the core technologys.As the development of the shield technology, the detection technology about abrasion of the shield cutter system,which is the most important part in the application of the shield tunnelling machine has became the core technology,but untill now we have done nothing in this field. The reserch in this part is very important for the safety of the shield tunnelling machine.In this context, this paper developed a sensor that can detected the abrasion of the shield cutter system by using resistive gate and ultrasonic sensor, and developed a software and hardware system which including condition monitoring, safety analysis and early warning decision.This reserch is a basis for the safety operation of the shield tunnelling machine and will improve the ability of independent development and market competition in this field. |
