There is considerable smoke particulate produced during energy combustion and industrial process, which has a great influence on people's health and industry. So the detection online technology is significant for the control of smoke particulate.The paper designed a smoke particulate concentration detecting system with laser scattering backward. The system uses SCM so as to improve the adjustability, uses dual beam to detect more accurate. The instrument is able to realize detect online, and deal with and transport the data. The work accomplished is shown as bellow:1. Formulated the overall scheme on the basis of smoke particulate concentration detecting requirements, and completed the mechanism;2. Designed, drew and made the PCB which has the MSP430F156 as CPU, the hardware contains interface circuit, the A/D coveter circuit, the digital potentiometers circuit; the laser power circuit, CPU feedback circuit; the signal conditioning circuit of photoelectric sensor;3. Designed the software program and the method to reduce the noise;4. Experimented to verify the system: the laser power circuit controlled the power in effect, the laser get stable at 0.01mW in 5 minutes; the system detected the laser signal effectively, which had a fixed relationship with the laser; the system could detect the smoke particulate concentration, and get the proportion.
