Aircraft design is a multidisciplinary mutual coupling, constantly iteration process. Every design index is mutual constraint and interdependent. Therefore, in order to do the optimization in concept design phase and obtain the global optimal design scheme, we need to undertake the multi-objective optimization. This article bases on the multidisciplinary modeling theories and chooses some initial design parameters which influence the aircraft's weight, aerodynamic, performance and cost. Firstly, I make some comparison in the traditional methods, choose the most suitable method, Then I do parameterized modeling and last can get a complete aircraft multidisciplinary design and calculation program, which contains four modules: weight computation module, aerodynamic force calculation module, performance calculation module and the cost calculation module. Not only can these modules be calculated separately, but also can be optimized calculation. In addition, Methods implemented in the system are primarily based on engineering empirical equations. The amount of work has been greatly reduced as this method is relatively simple and the original parameters are small. It can be effectively used to optimize the design parameters in the conceptual design stage. The integrated design approach is used in the conceptual design of 150-class civil aircraft with various optimization techniques. Results showed that the methods can provide a first order estimation in the early stages of aircraft design project.
