Simulation scenario is the foundation of training simulation, which provides the assumption and presupposition about the attempt, situation and operation evolution of the both sides in training simulation system. Completing training objectives successfully and achieving the desired training effect must be based on a reasonable and credible scenario. Thus, designing an intuitive and operable scenario generation system has become one key of the development of simulation training system.Marine battlefield scenario generation and control system is mainly to provide radar training technical-means to the scenario edit, scenario outgiving and the training process control. At present, most of the scenario generation system at home and abroad, have been tightly coupled with the simulation applications, only suitable for its intended applications, and can't support distributed development of Marine Scenario and remote deployment management of the federate. It is difficult to meet the maritime battlefield radar training system's requirements to the scenario generation and simulation of operational control. To address the problem, papers based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of maritime battlefield radar training simulation system made in-depth analysis and research on the key technologies of scenario generation and control. The main work and innovations include:1) At present, most of the scenario system is difficult to provide the setting of naval battlefield complex electromagnetic environment and marine combat situation. According to the sea battlefield information, the paper propose the sea battlefield radar training scenario generation and control system framework based on two dimensional sea chart, and designed the data structure which can detailed describe the information of the sea battle scenario, providing an intuitive and easily operative mode to the naval battlefield scenario edit, scenario outgiving and the training process control.2) The large number of object instance you need to set for sea battle and complex hierarchical structure result to require many people developing scenario concurrently, but now most of the existing system are in centralized development model. It is difficult to meet the Marine battlefield radar training system's requirements to quickly generated scenario. To address the problem, papers proposed distributed development model based on the database, which support to the distributed development through the use of recombinant technology, and conflict detection mechanism. The model can effectively shorten the scenario development cycle, and improve the scenario development efficiency.3) In the simulation of navy radar training, system often need different types of federate running on multiple machines. Respectively, most of the previous federate management system adopt artificial deployment and manually start way which is not conducive to the efficient running federate management. To solve the problem, the paper proposed a remote federate deployment strategy of sea battlefield. This policy approach through the use of C/S model, combined with network technology and process management technology, for remote deployment of navy leaguer management, thus reducing user burden and improve the efficiency of the system.Based on the above, the paper designed and implemented a sea battle scenario generation and control system, providing a convenient and flexible means of operation for the user to edit the training of navy radar scenario through the visual interface, and realize the sea battle Leaguers Remote Deployment Manager. The system has been applied in the actual battlefield radar equipment operation training. Practice shows that the system can better meet the requirements of Marine battlefield radar training to the scenario generation and operational control.
