Tracking solar energy power generation station is a new energy device, it has many advantages, such as complete tracking of the sun, large torque, high rotation accuracy, high efficiency, low energy consumption and so on. In this article, the main contents is analysis tracking theory of the tracking solar energy power generation station and power dynamic parameters, Designing the structure of Tracking solar energy power generation station under the principle,Including three main parts, the azimuth drive system, the pitch angle drive system and solar panels, and a number of subsidiary bodies. They are using large gear ratio of mechanical systems to drive, such as the harmonic gear reducer, ball screws and so on. Making an example of 15 kilowatt tracking solar energy power generation station, to do a complete mechanical design, calculate of all the relevant parameters and the size of each part, draw the parts and assembly drawings.Analysis the main parameters of tracking solar energy power generation station with mathematical analysis software. Researching the relationship between series of the wind, the wind of the incident angle, power generation and actual output power of the motor, and obtaining the law between the parameters. Creating a table of related parameters and expressing it in the same coordinate system with access points in the coordinate system, then fitting points in the coordinate system with MATLAB, obtaining law curve of parameters and the curve equation, The parameters of Tracking solar energy power generation station to meet the changes of curve equation, using these laws of parameters can be programming.Main components of tracking solar energy power generation station need to finite element analysis. The parts of Tracking solar energy power generation station's transmission system, flexible wheel, harmonic output axis, the central axis of solar panels, need to analysis. First Modeling the above parts in three-dimensional software, then import in ANSYS for finite element analysis, get stress and strain diagram figure of parts, see it meet requirements of the parts design or not.
