Urban Nightscape Lighting Planning And Construction In Quality Improving Stage Research

China Urban lighting, has gone more than 20 years since starting in 1989. With rapid economic and social development, China urban construction and appearance are developing rapidly. Urban lighting also moves on gradually like other industries. In just 20 years, urban nightscape lighting has got rapid development and made brilliant achievement. As important means to show the image of the city, urban lighting has become a basic content of city construction and got widely attention of various construction department.The research of quality improving urban nightscape planning, based on the recent requirement and a new stage of development of present urban nightscape construction is proposed. Along with the development of science and technology, social development and people's life quality improvement, night life has become increasingly rich and colorful and it makes people's outside activity time increased. People's requirements for urban night environment has transformed from "bright" to higher quality. At this time, urban nightscape lighting construction of a number target from "dark" to "bright" , has gradually developed into a quality promotion target stage from "light" to "beautiful".This paper is aimed at research of urban nightscape planning and construction in quality promotion stage. Through the elaboration of lighting formation and development, urban construction and lighting, the important position of urban lighting, the paper analyses Chinese urban lighting and developing course, discusses the different construction features of different development stages, and mainly the requirement of society, the characteristics, the form and the design essentials .etc. of the new stage. With the above as the theoretical basis, and combined with the practice of Qingdao landscape lighting planning and construction in quality promotion stage, the text discuss two aspects which are space organization and technical control of urban nightscape lighting. The paper is engaged at some methods which have direct significance to guide the construction of nightscape lighting planning and construction in future in China.Through this topic research, it aims to provide the correct ideas of urban nightscape lighting planning and construction in quality promotion stage, but also provides certain theoretical basis and the reference for urban lighting planning systems'going into a benign cycle.
