With the development of the new economic, cars has become an indispensable transport in the modern life. At the same time, the development of science and technology can be seen from manufacturing of vehicle. Car body is a major component of vehicle that a variety of performance can directly affect the vehicle of safety, comfortableness, and maneuverability. So the devise and improvement of car body is very important in the vehicle structure design.This thesis accomplish analysis of car body characters for rural family miniature bus body in white by the model of body in-white, finite element modeling, static and dynamic characteristics of car body structures, e.g. the Product design development technology.The main contents in this paper include:1. Establish finite element model of the car body in-white(1) According to the body in-white structure and component assembly is created the three dimension CAD model of the body in-white;(2) Based on the three dimension CAD model in UG, it created the finite element model in the finite element analysis software of workbench12.0 by the curve, surface and modification, refactoring in substance, and rational simplification;(3) Between the various mechanical Parts was directly applied assembly welding relationship in UG6.0. Car body model proceed meshing that is main entity unit model for the 4 and 6 face. The node total is 253089, the unit total is 123928. Unit orders of magnitude reached meshing requirements of the same kind in-white body.2. Static analysis structure of the car body in-whiteBased on the finite element model, simulated static bending typical conditions of the body in-white, by the results of stress and strain colored atlases in this condition. To improved structure of the body in-white to form a closed structure, the second for proceed static bending typical conditions was compared the fist result. Therefore it improved static bending stiffness of car body.The same way, the improved structure of the car body to simulate for torsion conditions, so what got the car body stress and strain colored atlases and analyzed the results.In consideration of bending and torsion conditions, car body was simulated come under bending and torsion conditions and got deformation colored atlases. Analyzed car body deformation results in bending and torsion conditions from two aspects.3. Dynamic analysis structure of the car body in-white (1) Model analysisThe car body in-white was completed free modal analysis in virtual environment. By model analysis for miniature bus body in white, gain the bus body's natural frequencies and mode of vibration the former6 rank. Identify body structure weak link in the various modes of vibration, which provides a basis for improver body structure.(2) Harmonic response analysisThe car body in-white was completed harmonic response analysis. The left and right side body front has sine curve load, acquired various kinds of relation curve, e.g. between Stress, strain, displacement, acceleration and frequency of relation curve, between Stress, displacement and phase angle of relation curve, which analyzed this result can reflected the comfort of the body and has significance to improve comfort of the body.The topic is a engineering applied in the body which needs further deepen design and analysis to constantly perfect body. It is great practical significance to design and improve analysis level.
