In recent years, the wind business in China is developing very fast and has achieved great success, the installed capacity for 2010 is already to the top list of the world's; and the research of the structure, force characteristics, design methods and the reliability of the tower wind power as systems's main support device in the domestic is basically a blank, and the wind power industry isn't in the development of the harmonious.Based on the above the problems of the research of wind tower, the article have designed a wind power tower of steel tube concrete lattice frame limbs column, taking a 1.5 MW wind generators cone shape tower drum for reference object at the basis of similarity theory design principle and the equal stiffness of its', through the low cyclic loading test of the model, thoroughly studying on the carrying capacity, energy dissipation capacity, the internal force distribution law and the failure characteristics and mechanism ace of the force characteristics; At the same time, the artical will analyze theoretically to the wind power tower of Steel tube concrete lattice frame limbs column to be compared of the experimental results, both good agreement, fitting out of the restoring force model of the wind power tower of Steel tube concrete lattice frame limbs column.The hysteresis curve of the wind power tower of steel tube concrete lattice frame limbs column is full and stable, the spindle skeleton curves of its was no significant down section and basicly keep the level, the equivalent viscous damping coefficient reach 0.23 when the structure will destroy, show that the wind power tower of steel tube concrete lattice frame limbs column have a value of the further research and extension with the good mechanical properties.
