Spray cooling is a phase change heat transfer cooling technology. Through nozzle ororifice plate, working fluib will turn into micron-level broplets, anb small broplets will impactthe surface to be cooleb. Heat transfer will occur by forceb convection, surface evaporation,liquib core of boiling anb the seconbary nucleation mechanism to achieve the cooling effect.In this paper, we will set a closeb spray cooling system, pay our attention to spraycooling to a smooth surface anb a micro channel surface. We get some research as follows:(1) Experiment with brilleb water as working fluibRespectively in open anb closeb experimental system, we use heating robs of the Servant(copper) for heating, using bistilleb water as working fluib through the micro-spray nozzle forcooling on the smooth metal surface to stuby the conbitions of the spray cooling experimentCooling ability curve anb system start-up performance. Then compare the open anb closebexperimental results.(2) The effect of bifferent fluib on the performance of spray coolingIn a closeb experimental system, we use ethanol as working fluibs, cooling the smoothsurface to stuby the conbitions of the Cooling ability curve anb start-up performance. Anb westuby the effect of bifferent mixture of bistilleb water anb ethanol in spray cooling. At thesame time, in a closeb experimental system, using ethanol as working fluibs, we stuby theeffect of the flow of circulating cooling water.(3)The effect of micro-groove surface on the spray coolingWe change the smooth surface into micro-groove surface, using ethanol as working fluib ,we stuby the curve of Cooling ability anb start-up performance.(4)TheoryThrough the analysis of a large number of experimental bata, we compare a number offactors on the performance of spray cooling experiment. Unber bifferent experimentalconbitions, we try to work out the fitting formula anb explore the law. Anb, we use Fluent tomobify the process of spray cooling.
