The Research Of High-performance Ocean Double Folding Boom Crane With Waves Compensation

Offshore crane was lifting in the marine environment for operation of machinery, which in maritime operations, due to ship operations will be due between the relative impact of waves up and down, around or about sports, there would be a dangerous phenomenon. Compensation system with a wave of platform is a new crane lifting operations, high-performance system, its main purpose is to ensure the crane operations from the impact of waves, and avoid some dangerous phenomenon, in the marine crane platform .Even under adverse sea conditions can be reliable, safe and accurate completion of the task.This paper first home and abroad, the wave of offshore platform crane type of compensation system to study the advantages and disadvantages of various types to determine the compensation device is a comprehensive study of this article. Secondly the principle of the system compensator in the analysis, and the compensation mechanism system, detection system, the hydraulic circuit system, electrical system design. In order to achieve compensation heave compensation system need to find the implementation of the various components of the compensation amount of compensation, the paper then the amount of compensation has been studied for solving problems, and seek the implementation of the compensation components. Then the pseudo derivative feedback control (PDF) control algorithm to control system and the simulation with Simulink software testing. Finally, using the programmable logic controller (PLC) on the heave compensation system, tested cylinder valve, the results show that the PDF controller with PLC controlled heave compensation system to achieve fast and accurate control, to meet the offshore crane wave compensation systems.With the world economy, the exchange of people and more and more sea, which requires more and more marine engineering equipment, with a heave compensation system, high-performance offshore crane is one example. Therefore, a wave of high-performance compensation system of offshore cranes to meet current direction of social development, on social and economic development of great significance.
