Comprehensive utilization of renewable energy plays an important role for sustainable socio-economic development and environmental protection, so more and more widespread attention. Wind-solar complementary power generation system is a typical application in Comprehensive utilization of renewable energy, and its widespread applications. But because the system was made with the wind/solar natural conditions, this makes the photoelectric work instability and its existence low conversion efficiency, this paper studies high-power output to improve the performance of the whole system.This paper studies the working characteristic and the maximum power point tracing principle of wind power generation system and photovoltaic generation system. Simple introduced some common "MPPT" control method. Deep analysis the duty ration and maximum power point relationship. Presents a new control method "slight increase duty ration method" brings out the maximum power output. On that basis, use MATLAB/simulink to simulate the important parts of the photovoltaic generation system, and simulate the different control method. First based on disturbance observation validate the simulation model of the photovoltaic generation system is correct and feasibility. Based on " the slightly increase duty ration method" design control methods, and simulation.Using of SM5964 as the control chip to design the hardware test circuit and the software parts.
