With the rapid development of micro-controller and computer technology recently, flight control system and firepower control system in aircraft is using digital controllers gradually, so will be the aircraft generator control system. While with the development of the distributed power supply system, the parallel control of the generator is becoming a new main researching point.In this paper, the line-commutated DC generator is taken for the simulation analysis, the voltage regulation control of single DC generator is simulated first, and then two DC generators'parallel is simulated on the basic of its good steady-state and dynamic performance. After the simulation research of multi methods on parallel current sharing, a parallel digital control program based on a master-slave parallel current sharing method and CAN communication bus is proposed and verified. The result shows that this digital control program is effective.According to the function requirement of the system, the generator controller hardware is designed based on the TMS320F2812 DSP. The hardware consists of the peripheral circuit, input output adjusting circuit, driving circuit and communication circuit. The software which is written in C language, is consisted of main program and interrupt routine, and fulfills the control,protection,communication function of the system. The result shows that the generator controller performs well.To solve the problem about current sharing of loads, the software and hardware of the current sharing control circuit based on CAN network is designed. The result of two DC generators'current sharing experiment shows that the current sharing system performs well. The loading and unloading test of the two paralleled DC generators is also finished, which result indicates that the current sharing project fits the request very well.
