The role of active suspension is simply relaxation and active damping, so the research on active suspension focused on the damping. Traditional vehicle suspension systems include the elastic components and damping elements. The damper convert vibration energy into heat energy due to the viscous friction of fluid in the device, and is finally dissipated to the external environment. If the vibration energy of the vehicle can be recycled, it can reduce vehicle energy consumption in order to achieve energy savings.However, the prevalence of the problem is that most scholars in the study of energy recovery of the intelligent suspension ignore the active vibration impact. In addition, the traditional study of intelligence suspension is based largely on the basis of an ideal actuator, while ignoring the characteristics of the actuator. This article use a three-phase induction linear motor actuators in automotive suspension systems, thus forming a intelligent suspension system.Intelligent Suspension adopt with hybrid structure, we found the suspension damping coefficient shock absorber damping performance and energy recovery have a greater impact through the energy analysis. When choosing the appropriate damping coefficient, it can not only improve the ride performance, but also intelligent suspension systems for energy recovery will be greater than the energy suspension system, this time intelligent suspension system can be self-sufficient, without the need to consume excess power energy.Draw on the mathematical model of rotary motor, considering end effect of the linear motor, mathematical model of electromagnetic actuator is established, according to the mathematical model using Matlab/Simulink simulation model established. The correctness of the mathematical model is verified through the linear motor test stand trial.Intelligent Suspension Control system is designed, which include the optimal controller, the electromagnetic force controller and power management controller. Optimal controller use optimal control method, the electromagnetic force controller adopt direct thrust control method, the electromagnetic force controller based on optimal control optimal controller calculates the control of electromagnetic actuators to track the optimal control. Simulation analysis show that the designed control strategy is feasible, which improve comfort and energy recovery effect. Meanwhile, the speed of motor cars and actuators energy generation and energy recovery of a certain influence on the selection of the SUV models in the hybrid structure and use of the active suspension control system to 70km/h speed driving energy recovery the highest efficiency.
