As a component of the bridge structure, the bridge decking bears the direct effect of the vehicle load, which should not only have the properties of smooth, skid resistance and abrasion resistance etc. the same as the common road, but bear the effect with the bridge structure itself. In recent years, there are more and more destructions on the bridge decking. One of the major cause of the destructions is the water damage, thus, lots of bridges set up waterproof and cohesive layers, whose properties plays a decisive role in resisting the water damage. This paper proclaims the results of the study on the cement concrete bridge pavement at home and aboard. The bridge diseases are broadly invested and the reasons are analyzed. Three-dimensional finite element analysis of the bridge deck paving with different waterproof and cohesive layers is done by the common finite element analysis software. The bridge decking is on the two bridges which have the same span combination but different sections (box section and T section). Find the most negative load position of the stresses on the two bridge deck pavements by the static analysis, study on the affect law of the stress between the various layers caused by waterproofing adhesive layer thickness, weigh of load, longitudinal grade and introduce the applicable waterproof and cohesive layer for the two bridge style. Study on the affect law of the stress on the waterproof and cohesive layer under different vehicle running speed by dynamical analysis. Discuss the design method of the asphalt deck pavement on the cement concrete bridge, propose relevant guideposts and the notable problem in the construction and give some suggestions for the more study on the deck pavement from now on.This paper analysis indicate that the selection of the pavement material should base on specific bridge style and the pavement structure then propose the reasonable thickness of the layer and the design guideposts.
