As a huge amount of renewable energy, solar energyis richã€wide distribution and no pollution.it is not only energy supplement, but alsothe basis of energy structure in the future. Whether from the social economy to stepon the path of sustainable development or the protection of human survival, thedevelopment and utilization of solar energy is of great strategic significance.The most basic component of photovoltaic power generation is photovoltaic cell,including the crystalline silicon pv batteriesã€non-crystal silicon photovoltaic batteryand film photovoltaic cells. But due to low photoelectric conversion efficiency,photovoltaic power generation is too low to form high power photovoltaic system. Itneeds too many photovoltaic panels to produce electricity. So the cost of thephotovoltaic system is too high. Solar panels tracking can make panels beperpendicular to the sun light for greater efficency.The photovoltaic power generation was analyzed based on the establishment of aphysical model.Simulated result using PSIM and the experimental result is also onthe paper. It is concluded that the volt-ampere characteristics and the (pv) poweroutput characteristic. Contrast the typical solar concentrator, and then choose theright one. Analysis the motion law of the sun, and a calculation of the sun angle isproposed. Compared the sun trajectory tracking and the electro-optical tracking,thenproposed electro-optical tracking as the major tracking mode while the sun trajectorytracking as additional mode on unusual weather conditions.Though twocomplementary tracking modes, on the one hand, electro-optical tracking can givefull play to the advantage of high accuracy,on the other hand,the system can stillachieve tracking on cloudy weather conditions.Through the implementation of functional analysis of control system, the thesiscompleted hardware and software design of the tracking control based on theOMRON PLC. The main contents include tracking system compositionã€workingprincipleã€programmable logic controller PLC unitsã€sensors and informationprocessing unitã€power supply unit,ã€pv module and electromagnetic mechanical units. Software parts mainly includes PLC control and monitoring programã€PCmonitoring and data processing program. Proposed the improving methods based onthe experimental results.In this paper,the designs of sun-tracking system based on PLC have simplestructure,low cost and stable operation. |
