As the scale of the sustainable development strategy and the use of popular energy-saving society building concept, wind and solar and other new energy sources are also growing, especially in remote mountainous country, grasslands and other barrier islands and mains areas. Progress and continuous improvement of people’s electricity requirements of science and technology, making the single DC or AC provides common DC solar hybrid controller and inverter, is obviously very difficult to meet the safe, simple, functional requirements. Thus, both developed a standard for low-voltage DC load and mains AC load simultaneously, but also improve the efficiency of wind and solar energy utilization and solar hybrid human-computer interaction and easily reverse control one machine, with a market value and the application is very important prospects.In this paper, a low-power Wind inverse control one machine is designed using TI’s DSP chip TMS320X2812as a control center in Altium Designer Winter09to complete the inverse control one machine hardware circuit design, using C language integrated development environment Code Composer Studio in software programming, implementation of wind and solar inverse control machine control hardware circuit design of a small DC charge/discharge stability, AC output waveform characteristics of a good, high-performance energy efficiency and security, human-computer interaction and friendly the scenery complementary inverse control one machine.Firstly, the design of the traditional inverse control one machine involved in wind and solar power generation systems and inverter systems, and the core of both control and maximum power point tracking MPPT and SPWM inverter technology for a brief introduction, leads to the inverse of the design control the overall structure of one machine, and were designed to form part of the inverse control one machine wind and solar controller and inverter structure and working principle are described, gives the main component of the design of the external control of one machine against the election type and associated parameters.Secondly, the paper discusses in detail the inverse one machine control hardware circuit-the main circuit topology design and auxiliary modular circuit design.
