| Air compressor as a general equipment, it has a wide range of noise, not tosay the serious of the noise. It is necessary and meaningful to control the noiseof the air compressor. This paper will study the cause of the noise which in theWWD-0.8/10-type air compressor.We will introduce the works of WWD-0.8/10type oil-free air compressor,and analyse the causes of its vibration during operation. Vibration also causesnoise, so according to the vibration of the compressor we can determine itsprimary and secondary noise. After that, we will analyse the noise feature of thecompressor, take effective and reasonable measures to reduce the noise andvibration,to guarantee the stability of the air compressor to run, and to reducenoise hazards on the human body.According to the vibration of the compressor, we know the intake portisuction air intermittently, so it can cause pressure pulsation and spreaded to theair, and take shape of the aerodynamic noise which is the main noise.Thesecond noise comes from the pipe system’flow pulsation and pipe vibration. Forthe aerodynamic noise,we can use the muffler to reduce noise,and optimize themuffler to achieve better dynamic characteristics and large silencer in thismuffler.For the common situation of the pipe vibration,we analyze its mainstructural natural frequency and excitation frequency,through computationalanalysis,we can obtain the resonance pipe length,so we should make the lengthof the pipe away from the resonance length compressor pipe,in the way we canreduce the noise of the air compressor,this can make a significant impact onproduction safety. |
