This paper, taking a certain platform of a gas turbine generator set exhaust waste heat as object, for the purpose of recycling waste heat to capacity, designs a waste heat recovery unit for this type gas turbine generating. The main content includes:To put forward gas-steam combined cycle heat recovery scheme based on the shortage of current offshore gas turbine generating sets of waste heat recovery unit. Through field investigation, the project design and theoretical analysis, to make type design selection of the key equipment of waste heat recovery unit and to preliminarily design a set of waste heat recovery unit, then to carry on the economical efficiency and thermal efficiency evaluation.According to the characteristics of the selected waste heat boiler, to make reasonable simplified mathematical model, and to establish a steady state simulation model of the waste heat boiler by using computer simulation software. By establishing three branch modules of the waste heat boiler:economizer module, evaporator and superheater module, to form a waste heat boiler model which can relatively accurately calculate the superheated steam parameters in different exhaust parameters of the gas turbine. By using the methods of curve fitting, to explore how the waste heat boiler steam production parameters vary in different load and working conditions, and to confirm the application range of the waste heat recovery unit for the target gas turbine in different working condition.To modularize the thermal efficiency calculation formula of the whole set of combined cycle system and to set modularized simulation model. Through the model calculation and curve fitting method, to explore the variation rule of the whole system in different load and working condition under allowable condition.This paper tries to recycle offshore tail gas waste heat of gas turbine generators in way of gas-steam combined cycle power generation, which has a certain reference value. The steady state model simulation model and the model for calculating the thermal efficiency has good accuracy, which plays a certain supporting role for design, calculation and performance research.
