The development and utilization of solar energy resources can effectively copewith global climate change and Adjust the economic structure and energy structure.Photovoltaic refrigerator use solar as the system power source and Get rid of a limiton the power grid,so it has the characteristics of safe and no pollution.Therefore it cannot only be used as the food and drug refrigeration equipment in no mains supplymountains, pastoral areas, islands and other places,but also easily realize the perfectcombination with the building.This can increase the building beauty and Reduceenergy consumption of buildings. These advantages make the photovoltaic fridge hasbroad market prospects.Therefore Scholars at home and abroad do a lot of researchinto the photovoltaic refrigerator system..But in existing research, analysis of photovoltaic refrigerator from two aspects ofmodeling and experiments are less. Inconveniences is caused for the design,selectionand optimization of photovoltaic refrigerator. Detailed practical reference is hard tobe provided for the promotion and application of photovoltaic refrigerator. This studyhas been conducted for this problem.And practical direction of photovoltaic(1) Designed a set of photovoltaic refrigerator system composed of photovoltaicmodules, storage battery, inverter, controller,and refrigerator. Completed the match ofall parts and debugging of system running The energy conversion process ofphotovoltaic refrigerator system is also analysed(2) Mthematical equations and models are developed for each component.WithVisio software,flow diagram of PV refrigerator model is setted up. Finally, asimulation model for predicting the performance of a solar photovoltaic (PV) systemunder different weather conditions is developmented. Using this model, the systemperformance under kunming meteorological conditions is simulated and analyzed.Further research about the influence of variational environmental conditions on theperformance of photovoltaic refrigerator can also be conducted. The model can alsobe used for further analysis system for power generation and power consumption. (3) The actual operating characteristics of system under different conditions inkunming region is tested. The results show that: Battery component generatingcurrent and power is mainly affected by irradiance. Generating current and power isbasically a linear relationship with irradiance. Irradiance has little influence on theworking voltage of the battery components.With the increase of irradiance, batterycomponents working voltage increases slightly. The lowest temperature of therefrigerator with Empty containers and load reache-15℃and-12℃. All can meetthedemand of refrigeration. The performance of solar battery is tested, the result showthat: the efficiency of solar cells have reduced after used fixed of year. Therefore,Designing solar pv refrigeration system must considere the performance reduce ofmonocrystalline silicon solar cell performance with the increase of service life.Determinate the changes of the system parameters such as current battery voltagevaries with the irradiance, etc. And the experimental results and simulation resultswere compared. Results show that the simulation results and experimental results isconsistent. The error is within ten percent.This article focuses on solar photovoltaic refrigeration technology specific issuesin a practical process. There are some practical significance for guiding the futuresolar photovoltaic refrigeration applications.
