| According to the safe operation of key equipment in rotating machinery security leveland predictive maintenance needs as well as the research fields in our laboratory. Thiswork is supported by Beijing Higher Education Young Elite Teacher Project underNo.71A1411128, the two-span rotor bearing system as the research object, to carry out thetheoretical research of its operating condition and realize stabilize operation evaluationsystem. Specific contents are as follows:(1)Nonlinear dynamics model of the two-span rotor bearing system was built. Thesystem structure, operational features and common failure modes of the rotating machinerywas analyzed. Each operation state of the two-span rotor bearing system was built. Theresponse of rotating speed and eccentricity to the nonlinear dynamics model system wasobtained as well as oscillogram, phase maps and Poincare diagrams. It was indicated thatthe dynamics model could reflect the developing process of the system response with theeffects of parameter variation to the system. The calculated results are favorable for theresearch on the evaluation of stable operation to the two-span rotor bearing system.(2)The research of two-span rotor bearing system operation state evaluation theoryand method based on the theory of fractal dimension was carrying out. Considering thesystem response irregularities and instabilities, taking the vibration date as input, to studythe operation stability of the system. Application of LabVIEW software to realize thetwo-span rotor bearing system operation stability evaluation under the method of fractalcorrelation dimension and box dimension. Analysis shows that: the fractal dimension canbe effectively assessing the running condition of two-span rotor bearing system.(3)The two-span rotor bearing test and analysis system was developed. The systemcan be simulated and experimental evaluation of the state to the two-span rotor bearingsystem, existence with a modular form, including parameter setting, data analysis, datacollection and state evaluation. This system provides an appropriate tool to such bearingrotor equipment.(4)The rotor system is studied experimentally. According to the two-span rotorbearing operation state, do the single and coupling faults experiment, and verify theevaluation method of the system theory model and the operation stability. The results showthat under the same test conditions, the normal operation has biggest correlation dimension,the rub-impact operation correlation dimension values decreased significantly, the imbalance and foundation looseness operation correlation dimension values decreasedslightly; the normal operation has smallest box dimension, imbalance operation hasinsignificant effect on box dimension, rub-impact operation box dimension valuesincreased significantly. Through establishment the test and analysis system of the two-sanrotor bearing system base on the fractal correlation dimension and box dimension, canaccurately and really reflect running state.Finally, the two-span rotor bearing test system function needs to be further improved;the need to collect and analysis of a large number of experiments and data, so as to furtherenhance the application value of diagnosis model. |
