Dissatisfied of low-frequency characteristics especially in the zero-frequency of shock wave pressure measurement system typed ICP, system parameters can not be got by static calibration. Aiming at the problem in inaccuracy of system parameters of the system such as sensitivity, Quasi-static calibration method of shockwave pressure measurement is studied.Based on the principle of hydraulic hammer calibration device, quasi-static calibration device fit for shock wave pressure measurement system is developed. The device can produce pressure pulse similar to semi-sinusoidal, experiment verifies that the pressure pulse can be adjusted in amplitude range of 0.1MPa~50MPa and pulse width 1~12ms. The device uses technology of secondary hammer to achieve pulse pressure of 0.1MPa-0.5MPa and uses technology of ball screw assemblies.rodless cylinders, grating, PLC, touch screen to achieve precise positioning, absorption and release,second pick of the hammer and other functions.In the’contradistinction’method quasi-static calibration, accuracy of standard pressure monitoring system affect the accuracy of the sensor system calibrated. Under the premise of ensuring calibration accuracy,standard pressure monitoring system is established choosing appropriate sensors, signal conditioner and data acquisition module. Static calibration of standard pressure monitoring system is conducted to get its work parameters. Value dissemination of quasi-static calibration is explored, and factors which affect measurement uncertainty of standard pressure monitoring system and calibrated sensor system is analyzed.Typical shock wave pressure measurement system is established,and quasi-static calibration of is practiced. Experimental data for striking working parameter of the sensing system and analyzing sensitivity inconsistency of different pulse width is got.The method of obtaining the work parameters of pressure sensing system based on quasi-static calibration is discussed. Amplitude-frequency characteristic of the sensing system is researched using the calibration data whose signal pulse is 1ms.In this paper, the research on the quasi-static calibration method of shock wave pressure measurement system solves the problem that sensitivity or other work parameters used in the measurement is only provided by the manufacturer. The research has a reference function for establishing quasi-static calibration system.
