| With the rapid development of transportation industry in China,load of the vehicle on the road is increasing. A lot of concrete pavement have been structural damaged in less than 3 to 5 years for the widespread phenomenon of overload, which did not reach the design life of the road completely. Causing a serious impact on road traffic capacity and driving safety. Through the survey of cement concrete pavement disease, increasing damages have appeared in the voids of the pavement. There are a lot of cracks, fracture, as well as pit slot in the voids. The original reason for such phenomenon is the empty of the voids in the pavement. Therefore, overloading traffic concrete pavement voids under stress were studied in this paper.The specific research contents and results are as follows:①The influence of service life and fatigue life by the process of road of voids escapes.②The process of the destruction on the pavement is studied in this paper, the ultimate bearing capacity of the pavement design is determined in the second phase of pavement damage.③Investigated the disease of pavement plate type and give some treatment measures.④Analyzed the influence of the concrete pavement slab thickness of road surface stress. The more thickness, the greater in the stress of the pavement. Concrete slab thickness can improve the stress of the pavement plate.⑤Concrete pavement is analyzed under different vehicle load pavement plate in the changing stress. The increase of vehicle load will cause the increasing stress of the pavement especially after the road of voids escape.⑥Analyses the stress influence on the base of the cement concrete pavement, grassroots right panel under the influence of stress are small regardless of the road of voids escape. Through thickening at the grass-roots level to change the stress of the pavement plate is not economic.⑦Studies the temperature stress and the road surface pavement voids under the effect of overloading load stress, putting forward the calculation formula of the concrete pavement voids escape. ⑧ Combined the design of highway cement concrete pavement specification to the design of the concrete slab thickness and concrete voids escapes plate thickness calculation formula, this paper puts forward a new concrete slab thickness design process.⑨Research on the seams of the cement concrete pavement slabs and construction process, giving some advice on the construction of cement concrete pavement slabs. |
