The electro-hydraulic servo control system of the high-low control system of tank gun is an important part of tank fire control system. In the actual operation, it must have high speed of reaction, high control accuracy and strong anti-jamming capability, etc. However, the electro-hydraulic control system is a typical nonlinear time-varying system. The existence of many uncertainties and nonlinear disturbances increased many difficulties of these control systems. This paper uses the GA-BP neural network to system identification and designs the controller of system through the wavelet neural network. In the final, it validates this method by experimental simulation and research on this system’s control effect.This paper includes the following main aspects:Firstly, introduce the working process of the electro-hydraulic servo control system and the methods of the balance of cannon gun tube. Design the hardware part of the system and the selection of main components. Through calculation, the system transfer function is derived.Secondly, make a further elaboration of the wavelet analysis and neural network theory, and draw out the concept of wavelet neural network, the structure of wavelet neural network and the algorithm to determine.Furthermore, the selection of system identification input signal, build system of hydraulic circuit model by AMESim software, obtain the input and output data of system by joint forces with Simulink software simulation. Using the BPNN and GA-BPNN to identify system, and analyses identification result. The results of identification show that the results of GA-BPNN have higher accuracy and meet the system requirements.Finally, aim at the position control of the electro-hydraulic servo system, design of the controller system based on PID algorithm and wavelet neural network algorithm. The analysis of the simulation results show that the WNN controller has better control effect. The precision and response speed of system control can meet the performance requirements of the system.
