With the shortage of natural sand resources Wannan area, manufactured sand has replaced the natural sand in concrete sand dominant position. It has been widely used in low-grade ordinary concrete. Because of high performance concrete with high strength, high resistance, high durability and other characteristics, people require high performance concrete in the preparation of raw materials. We choose concrete sand generally biased on favor of natural sand. Actual production in southern Anhui preparation of high performance concrete using manufactured sand is rare presently. The reason is mainly due to the higher content of mechanism stone dust, surface is rough, fineness modulus is too large, grading unreasonable and so on. To solve this problem, we usually need to improve the performance of manufactured sand to meet the needs of high-performance concrete. So if you can carry out a lot of experiments on the mechanism of the particle size distribution of sand, dust content, fineness modulus, harmful impurities content and other factors to optimize the design to meet the needs of high-performance concrete, you can take advantage of resources and mechanisms of sand. Manufactured sand to expand the scope of application and protection of natural resources is of great importance.In this paper, manufactured sand in southern Anhui of four different mineral rocks as the study objects, and they are compared with natural sand. Through the preparation of C60 high-performance concrete, we conduct the mixture performance, physical mechanical properties of concrete, durability tests and mechanism analysis. We use test theory and practice of combining method, with doing the following aspects of the work: ①Through the analysis on the performance test of raw materials, determining the C60 high performance concrete with water binder ratio, sand ratio and fly ash yield by using orthogonal design method, then determining the concrete mix; ②Influence of stone powder content in the comparative study of the four different types of manufactured sand in high performance concrete, and discusses the determination method of high performance concrete with machine-made sand and the best stone powder content; ③ Influence of fineness modulus of comparative study of four different types of manufactured sand in high performance concrete, and discusses the suitable range of high performance concrete with manufactured sand fineness modulus; ④The working performance and mechanical properties of a comparative study of the mechanism of sand, natural sand in high performance concrete, and the durability of concrete related to a series of tests are carried out, and the test results are analyzed; ⑤ Comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of high performance concrete with natural sand, and the economic benefit、social benefit analysis on use of manufactured sand concrete configuration for.The test results show that: ①In the south of Anhui Province sand can meet the requirements of the high performance concrete; ② Preparation of C60 high-performance concrete, limestone crusher dust content of the best sand of 7.0%, 10.0% granite, basalt, 11.0%, 8.0% mixed sand; ③ The preparation of C60 high performance concrete, manufactured and fineness modulus is not more than 3.4, in the range of 2.6~3.4 is appropriate generally;④The control mechanism of manufactured sand stone powder content and fineness modulus, it can fully meet the requirements of high performance concrete, and the durability can reach or even exceed the natural sand concrete, Actually construction should pay attention to the early curing of concrete.Research on this subject has an important guiding significance for southern Anhui manufactured sand application.
