At present, the world energy structure which dominated by oil, has brought many global energy environmental problems such as the ozone layer destruction, acid rain and emissions of greenhouse gases. With coal, petroleum based energy structure. China also has caused serious air pollution, and especially the SO2 and CO2 emissions are the highest in the world. In this context, renewable and clean energy become the main research direction and emphasis. Ground source heat pump is favored because of its green cleaning, energy saving and high efficiency characteristics.The underground heat transfer between the heat exchanger and the soil is a very complex heat transfer process which influenced by many factors so that we need to focus on the study of the system design, in order to achieve the best. In the system of investment costs, its promotion and application has brought a certain degree of resistance. Therefore, it has realistic significance and engineering application value for technical and economic analysis and application of ground source heat pump technology demonstration.In this paper, the research background of this paper is introduced by the development and current research situation of ground source heat pump, It indicates that the development of ground source heat pump in line with nowadays energy development trend. Then the underground heat exchanger parts to carry on the simulation analysis with CFD software, which focusing on the influence of the diameter and flow velocity. It draws the conclusion that the too fast velocity, oversize diameter and the high thermal conductivity of backfill materials leads to the effect of short-circuiting, which influences the heat exchanging.Since great influence on building energy consumption of air conditioning system, the year hourly load of the building throughout the Tsinghua University software DeST. On this basis, the choice of air conditioning system is different, and establishing the calculation model of the ground source heat pump system and the conventional air conditioning system in the early mathematical investment, energy consumption and costs, which is used for analysis. Finally, combination of dynamic economic evaluation method and analysis of ground source heat pump air-conditioning system objectively. The results show that the ground source heat pump air-conditioning system’s initial investment is high, but the economic benefits are better.
