Coal powder boiler in economy occupy the increasingly important of role, but in promoted economic fast development of while, also brings increasingly serious of pollution problem, especially due to boiler efficiency partial low, caused emissions of boiler flue gas contains large sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides, and micro dust and the carbon dioxide, not only pollution environment, and effects people of body health, while micro dust also caused PM2.5exceeded, and formed fog haze weather of important sources. Aiming at130T/h high temperature and high pressure boiler of a company has low thermal efficiency,and output is not up to design issues such as values, we creative design of slitting bluff-body burner, for this type of boiler was technology, based on recirculation zone grading fire combustion technology.Industrial applications show that efficiency is increased by about1.5%, boiler output reaches the rated value, up to143t/h, while achieving a low-load stable combustion of boilers. In1130t/h high temperature and high pressure boiler reconstruction is successful, other3similar boiler applications and promotion, has made remarkable economic, security and environmental benefits.
