With the development of science and technology, pollution of environmental and energy shortages become more and more serious, use new green energy has become the focus of the world. In the new green energy applications, micro-grid was discovered with its obvious advantages. Micro-grid inverter circuit as an important aspect of scholars has become one of the main research directions. we analysis the diode-clamped and flying capacitor three-phase three-level inverter,summed up the short comings of their coexistence is voltage imbalance, this will shortcoming the device and the output harmonic waveform.Studies the six phase three level inverter topology and control methods. We studied the working principle of the six phase three level inverter based on the research of three phase of six phase transformation strategy to produce zero potential, no voltage imbalance. When research on control methods, the carrier modulation PWM control method carrier lamination method, modulation wave phase shift method, the switching frequency optimization method of control theory analysis and simulation; For the six-phase three-level inverter space vector pulse width modulation method to study and emulate. Six-phase three-level switching states have sixty-four kinds, can be divided into the zero vector, short vectors, and long vector. The existence a large number of redundant basis vectors,while clamping diode type and flying capacitor inverter only in the zero vector,short vectors with a small amount of redundancy. There are many large number of redundant switching state vectors, can be reduced to achieve the harmonic content.Six-phase three-level inverter voltage space vector pulse width modulation strategy simulation verified the feasibility.Design the hardware circuit,and use it test the control methodology. The results verify the correctness.
